<br />be and he is hereby ordered to prepare plans, specifications and estimates for construct-
<br />ing artifial stone approaches on El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, in said
<br />Town of Redwood City at the. hereinafter described placers. Said artificial stone approaches
<br />to be of the widths, thickness and lengths hereinafter mentioned.
