166 On motion of Trustee Tnehsen,seconded by Trustee Mabie, the Clerk write the Southern Paoifio Railroad Company that the street improvements on East Brewster Avenue had advance to the point that it was now time for them to put in the culverts at the railroad crossing, Motion Carried. Motion Carried. __-----=��-=---------- Clerk of the Town of Redwood City. ie i, a ]L'f4. *]Ic'Y. is ak'Je'1"1. ek Jr•P' J-�-•�•+ .• .•. • .• .• �..• • R E S O L U T I O N EREAS, the John HorstmannOompany, a corporation, will be- come the owners of and establish a factory on certain lands in the Diller's Addition to the Town of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, it appears convenient and necessary that a spur track privilege beC�LOquired by said Company; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, that the John Horstmann Company, a corporation, its successors and assigns, be, and it is hereby granted the privilege of constructing and maintaining a spur track with the right to trans- O port thereon railroad cars for the transaction of its business, said spur track to run from the main line of the Southern Pacific Railroad i Company across Lots 1, 6 and 7 in Block 7, across 11onroe Avenue from the Easterly line of Lot 1 in Block 7 to Block 6; and also the right to cross Franklin Street from Block 6 to Blocks 14 and 15, of Diller's Addition to the Town of Redwood City; and said spur track to be con- 4 structed, maintained and operated in accordance with the requirements of the Engineering and Operating departments of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company.
