<br />between James and Harrison avenue, excepting, however, from the foregoing described work

<br />length, on the northerly curb line of El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, and
<br />beginning at a point 86 feet westerly from the westerly line of concrete bridge now con-
<br />struoted across said E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road, between James avenue
<br />and Harrison avenue and extending westerly for a distance of 14 feet.
