PM The Town Clerk is hereby directed to post a notice of said work, together with the plans and specifications therefor,conspicuouly for five days on or near the Couneml Chamber door of the Board of Trustees of eaid Town of Redwood City,inviting sealed proposals or bids for . doing the work ordered,Said Town Clerk is also directed to publish a notice inviting such se sealed proposals or bids and referring to the plans and speCifactions posted or on file, in the Redwood City Democrat, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in said Town of Red- wood City,there being no daily paper therein, and hereby designated by the Board of Trustees of said Town for that purpose.'
