Motion Carried. <br />Affidavit not W.A.Priee,Town Clerk in the matter of posting near the Council chamber <br />door,notiue : Blanchard -Brown Company's assessment,was on motion of Trustee Merrill, <br />seconded by Trustee Mc.Nulty same be received and filed,Motion Carried. <br />Trustee Merrill presents the following Resolution and moves its adoption,Trustee <br />•Mabie seconds the motion. <br />RESOLUTION SUSTAINING APPEAL. <br />RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of xedwood City;that <br />WHEREAS,said board heretofore and on the 7th.day of February,1916,duly <br />passed its certain resolution pf intention NO -25 to do certain work of grading,maeamizing <br />and oiling on East Brewster Avenue in said town;and <br />WHEREAS, thereafter such proceedings were duly taken and hhd that a contract <br />for doing said work was duly entered into by the Superintendent of Streets of said city <br />and Blanchard -Brown Company,a aorporation;and <br />209 <br />
