Honorable Body for said work,each owning the number of feet frontage placed opposite his
or her mame; amd we do hereby protest against and object to said work and improvemnets,upon
the grounds that said work is not needed;that it will work a great and irreparable hard-
ship upon many who will be subjected to heavy assessments without any benefit therefrom;
said Resolution of Intention,does not express the desire of those whose names are subscrib-
3d thereto;that the proposed work would be .,impracticable in that the present sewer system
)n Vera Avenue,not having been constructed to proper grade,it would be necessary to re-
:onstruct said sewer system,thereby bringing a new and heavy assessment upon said property
