<br />RESOLVED that it is the intention of the Board of Trustee of the Totm of RBdwood City,
<br />County of San 1lateo,state of California, to change and re-establish the official grades
<br />on Winslow Street between the center line of Broadway and the right of way of the South-
<br />ern Pacific Railroad Oxrpany, as follows,to-wit;
<br />7.2 feet above base(having present grade)at point of intersection of center line of Winslow Nb,A -/
<br />Street and center line of Broadway.
