<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present,Trustees;-President E.H„Sampson,Geo.W.Me.Nulty,Carl
<br />K.Mabie,H.C-Tuchsen,City Clerk W.A.Price,Absent,Trustee Geo..A.Merrill.
<br />Minutes of the regular meeting held March 19th.1917 were read and on motion of 'Trustee
<br />Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Mc,Nulty they be approved as read.Motion Carried.'
<br />Communication from the league of California Municipalities asking the Board -to oppose
<br />Assembly Bill No.697 was on motion -of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Mabie same be
<br />received and filed,Motion Carried.'
<br />:Communication from the Board of Trustees of Emeryville•,California asking the co-
<br />operation of the Board in opposing Assembly Bill NO.1380 was on motion of Trustee Mabie,
<br />seconded by Trustee Mo.Nulty game be received and filed,Motion Carried.
<br />Application of the Verdi•Band•of this City asking for a permit for an all night dance
<br />to be held May 5th.1917,in Forester's Hall was on motion of'Trustee Ma.Nulty,seconded by
<br />Trustee Mabie same be granted,Motion Carried.
<br />Application front Tony Casaretto for a.permit to hold a social dance until one o'clock
<br />April 14th.1917 at 1304 El Camino Real was on notion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee
<br />Mc.Nulty same be granted.

<br />%'GSC on the State Highway,Jefferson Avenue,and Washington Street as per blue print attached. was
<br />Cc on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Mabie same be granted,Motion Carried.

<br />the Clerk be. authorized to sign a deed with the O.A.Hooper Oompany,the original owners
<br />Cv conveying to them a certain portion of'Monroe Avenue,Motion Carried.

<br />Very look into the matter.of sewer and grades_ on Vera Avenue,and report same at next meeting,

<br />Monthly report of the Treasurer,Marshall,City C1erk,Supt,of Water System,and Supt. of
<br />Streets were received and filed on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Mc Nulty.
