<br />RESOLVED.that the mean high water of San Francisco Bay is hereby adopted and established
<br />as the base from which and above which the grades hereinbefore mentioned are computed and
<br />established.
<br />RESOLVED that the top of that certain granite monument marked"G.B." placed in that certain
<br />triangular piece of land in the 'Town of Redwood City,the property of said Town, and bounded
<br />by Maib street.,formerly Mound street,Beech street and the right of way of the Southern
<br />'., Pacific Railroad Company,which monument is located in said piece of land at a point 5.5 feet
<br />easterly from a point in the easterly line of Main Street,formerly Mound street,whieh last
<br />mentioned point is 50.6 feet northerly in said easterly line of Main streot,formerly Mound
<br />street from th6 northerly line of Beech street,is hereby declared to be and established 12.6
<br />'feet above mean high water of San Francisco Bay.
<br />Resolved, that the width of the roadway of Redwood avenue and Sequoia avenue be and the same
<br />are fixed and established as ¢0 feet of said streets and avenues, to be 20 feet on each side
<br />'of the center lines thereof.
<br />RESOLVED, that the width'of the roadwa$r, of Sequoia atreet be and the same is fixed and
<br />established as. 30 feet,to be 15 feet on each side of the center line thereof.
<br />RESOLVED,that the remaining portions of•Redwood avenue,Sequtia avenue and Sequoia street
<br />.,be and the same are set apart as and for sidewalks and curbs,

<br />at all points;and continuing southerly along the center line of Redwood avenue to the south-

<br />said sewer crossed the creek on said Redwood avenue between Johnson street and Gordan street
<br />said ¢8'feet to be constructed of eight inch wrough iron pipe.

<br />of Sequoia street in the Town of Redwood City from the easterly limits of the Town of Redwood
<br />City to'the center line of Redwood avenue and connecting with manholes at sriicd point,except-
<br />ing'however a distance of 26 feet where said sewer crosses the creek on said Sequoia street
