<br />RESOLUTION OfERRULING PROTEST*
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of-TTkusteei of the Town of Redwood City did,on the I6th.day of April,
<br />19170p4138 its Resolution of Intention A-3 to order the following work to be done and
<br />improvements be made in said Town,to-wit;
<br />That an eight inch vitrified salt glazed the
<br />provided herein, such sewers to be laid along'
<br />.graded for the full width of ilia roadway,
<br />pipe sewer be constructed along the center
<br />the center lines extended of such intersecting
<br />thereof and being paved for the full width
<br />- line of Redwood avenue from the cantor line
<br />streets and, avenues; excepting however six
<br />of the roadway thereof from the easterly
<br />' of Ebener street, and connecting with existing
<br />inch sewer extending to property line on
