RESOLVED,that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did on the 16th. day of April,1917,pass its Resolution of Intention A.-3 to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town,which Resolution of Intention A-3 was duly and legally published as required by law,as appears from the affidavit of D.E.
