<br />WHEREAS the Board of Trustees duly overruled said protest on the 7th.day of May,19I7.
<br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience require the work
<br />and improvements herein described, and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City
<br />hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of
<br />Redwood City,to-wit;
<br />That an oight inrh.vitrified salt glazed the
<br />pipe sewer be constructed along�tho center
<br />line of Redwood avenue from the center lino
<br />of Ebener street, and connecting with existing
<br />munhole at said point, and continuing south-
<br />orly along the center lino of Redwood Avenue
<br />to the southerly line of Sequoia avenue ex-
<br />landad easterly, excepting however a distance
<br />of 48 feet whore said sewer crosses ilio creek
<br />on said Redwood avenue between Johnson
<br />street and Gordan street, said 48 feet to be
<br />constructed of eight inch wrought iron pipe.
<br />That a six inch vitrified stilt glazed the
<br />pipe sewer be constructed along ilia center
<br />line of Sequoia street in the Town of Red-
<br />wood City from ilia easterly limits of ilia
<br />Town of Redwood City to to center lino, of
<br />Redwood avenue and connecting with man-
<br />hole at said point, excepting however a
<br />distance of 26 feet where said sower crosses
<br />the creek on said Sequoin street, said 26 feet
<br />to be constructed of syx inch wrought iron
<br />pipe.
<br />That 'a six inch vitrified salt glazed the
<br />pipe sewer he constructed along the center
<br />line of Sequoia avenue extended tit Elio center
<br />line of Redwood avenue and connecting with
<br />manhole at said point and continuing along
<br />the canter line of Sequoia avenue and can.

<br />and covers be constructed at Eno following

<br />Town of Redwood City on aha lUtlh day of
<br />April, 1917, and now on file In Elio office of

<br />extend from main sewers to property lines on
<br />.various streets.
<br />That one concrete pier with fittings be
<br />constructed on ilia lino of said sower on. Red-
<br />wood avenue whoro same crosses ilio creek
<br />between Johnson street and Gordon street to
<br />support ilia 8 inch wrought iron pipe all As
<br />shown on ilio plans and specifications herein-
<br />before referred to herein.
<br />That Redwood avenue be Improved by bar
<br />Ing constructed thereon on both sides of the
<br />street and 20 feet from the canter line there-
<br />of cement curbs, from the southerly ]Ilia
<br />of Ebener street southerly to the southerly
<br />line of Sequoia avenue extended castorly,
<br />excepting however the curbing on the cast-
<br />orly side of Redwood avenue from the north.
<br />MY aide of the bridge on said Redwood avo-
<br />Ano between Johnson street and Cordon
<br />street and ilio northerly line of Gordan
<br />street, and also excepting any of said work
<br />already done upon said Redwood avenue to
<br />Clio official grade, also excepting bridge on
<br />Redwood avenue between Johnson street and
<br />Gordon street.
<br />That ilia intersections and terminations of
<br />nll'strects and avenues Intersecting or termi-
<br />nating at Redwood avenue between ilia south
<br />erly line of Ebener street and ilio southerly
<br />'lie of Sequoia avenue extended easterly shall
<br />be improved by having constructed upon the
<br />respective corners thereof ' cement curbing.
<br />Said cement curbing shall be constructed on
<br />said corners with a radius of eight'fect and
<br />both ends thereof At ilia property linos ex-
<br />tended shell be a distance of 10 feet from
<br />said property lines, excepting however any
<br />'of said work already done to tie o6l:cal
<br />grade, excepting also ilio southeast and north-
<br />east corners of Gordon street and Redwood
<br />avenue all as shown on plans And speci9ea-
<br />-tons hereinafter referred to herein.
<br />That Sequoia street be improved by hav-
<br />ing constructed thereon on both sides of Lilo
<br />street and 15 feet from the center lino there-
<br />of, cement curbs, frau to easterly end of
<br />said Sequoia street at the onstuly limits of
<br />said Town to ilia easterly lino of Redwood
<br />avenue, excepting the bridge on said Sequoia
<br />street, and also excepting any of said work
<br />already done upon said Sequoia street to the
<br />official grade.
<br />That 'Redwood avenue be improved by
<br />being graded for ilia full width of the road-
<br />way thereof and being paved for the full
<br />width of said roadway from the southerly line
<br />of Ebonar street to ilia southerly line of So -
<br />quoin nvenuo extended easterly With crushed
<br />rock, rock screenings and asphaltic all, in-
<br />cluding all street intorsoctions and all street
<br />terminations and alley terminations, except -
<br />Ing however from said grading and paving a
<br />strip on the easterly side of said Redwood
<br />avenue Immediately adjacent to easterly curb
<br />line 8 feat fn width and beginning at the
<br />northerly Aide of the bridge on said Red-
<br />wood avenue between Johnson street and
<br />Gallon street and running southerly to tin

<br />screenings and asphaltic oil, including all
<br />street intersections.
<br />That a Chahar bridge with timber bulk-
<br />heads be constnictud on Redwood avenue
<br />across ilio creek between Johnson street and
<br />Gordo. street, said bridge to be 70 foot 4
<br />Inches long measured along center line with n
<br />spun of 16 fart and to be constructed and
<br />located according to the plans, profiles,
<br />drawings and specifications heretofore adopt-
<br />ed for said work by ilia Hoard of Trustees
<br />of the Town of Rodw•ood City on ilia 16th day
<br />of April, 1017, and now on file in to Attica
<br />of tile. Clerk of ilia Town of Redwood City
<br />still particularly referred to and made a part
<br />hereof.
<br />That n bridge with concrete abute eats
<br />and wooden floor, 50 feet long and with a
<br />span of Ill feet be constructed on So'quola
<br />street across lila creek at A point 70 feet
<br />easterly from the easterly lino of Redwood
<br />avenue, said beidgo to be constructed and
<br />located according to the plans, profiles, draw-
<br />ings mid specifications heretofore adopted by
<br />the Board of Trustees of the Town of Red.
