<br />be it resolved, that the public interest and convenience require the work and
<br />improvements herein described,and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City hereby
<br />orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood
<br />City,to-wit;
<br />That an eight (8) inch vitrified salt glazed shown on said map which is hereinbeforo the center line of Hudson street at a point
<br />tile pipe sewer be constructed along the herein mentioned, produced northeasterly 242 feet southeasterly from the center line of

<br />The Town 01-erk is hereby directed to post a notice of said work and improvement together
<br />with the plans and specifications therefor,conspicuously for five days on or near the
<br />Council Chamber door of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,inviting sealed
<br />proposals or bids for doing the work and making the improvements ordered.Said Town Clerk is
<br />also directed to publish a notice inviting such proposals or bids and referreing to the
<br />plans and specifications posted or on file,in the Times-Gazette,a weekly newspaper,publishea
<br />printed and circulated in said Town for the period required by law,said newspaper being
<br />hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City.
