<br />Mc.Nulty,Carl K.Mabie,H.C.Tucheen.City Clerk W.A.Price.
<br />Minutes of the regular meeting held September 17th.I917 were read and on motion of
<br />Trustee Me.Nulty,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen same be approved as read.
<br />Application of G.Casaretto for permission to hold a I2 o'clock social dance on
<br />Saturday evening October 6th.1917;and on Saturday evening October 13th.I917 at 130¢ E1
<br />Camino Real was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Mc Nulty same be granted,
<br />Motion Carried.
<br />QS Application of the Fremont Dancing Academy to transfer their permit from Forester's
<br />Hall he Alhambra Hall was on motion of 'Trustee Me.Nulty,seconded by Trustee kabie
<br />same be granted and the closing hours to remain the same as formerly granted,Motion
<br />Carried.
<br />I�oved by Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Mabie,the City Attorney be instructed
<br />to write the Southern Pacific Railroad Company thanking them for their prompt attention
<br />r
<br />in conforming to potion of the request of the Boardlon the crossing matters and expressing SjY0,2f
<br />the hope that they would complete the balance of the work immediately and if they do not �rrossi�s.�
<br />do so the Board will take the matter up with the Railroad Commission. ?
<br />Moved by Trustee Merrill,seeonded by Trustee Mc Nulty the City Attorney add to his
<br />letter that it must be understood that this Board reserves the right to reopen any street
<br />crossing that is obstructed or temporary' closed at anytime in the future that the public
