336 <br />flood gates from their present location to Bradford atraet bridge,b;otion J rried. <br />12rustee Iderrill offers the follov>ing Resolution, seconded by Trustee Tuchsen, <br />It behovers this Board to take official notice of the death of J.J.Hynding,whiuh <br />occured this day,ldr.Hynding was a member of the Board for a period of eight years, and <br />throughout that time he served the conLLunity in a most conscientious and capable manner. <br />Being a pioneer resident of aedwood Jity devoted to its interests and always interested <br />in its affairs,.he was a widely known and highly esteemed citizon,lt is fitting therfore <br />that public recognition of his long and prominent career be recorded on the minutes of <br />this Board. <br />As a further mark of respect I would ask that this meeting be adjourned in rememberence <br />of our association with him as a valued and respected member of this Board. <br />In behalf of the foregoing iesolution Trustee Tuchsen moves,seconded by Trustee <br />Kc.i7alty that we now adjourn out of respect to our late member, C.
