<br />Upon roll call there were present,Trustees President E.H.Sampson,Geo.A.Aierrill,Geo.W.
<br />Me.Nulty,Carl K.Iutabie,and City Clerk W.A.Priee,Absent Trustee H.C.Tuchsen.
<br />Minutes of regular meeting held February 4th.1918 were read, and on motion of Trustee
<br />Merrill,seconded.by Trustee IvIc.Nulty,same be approved as read.NIotion Carried.

<br />that in the future.no permits would be granted for any dance to continue later than twelve -pop M//,s
<br />o'clock midnight,Motipn Carried.

<br />a dance is granted by the Board,the character of the dance must be defined as to whether ,Bpjep'01a/
<br />it is a beneficial or commercial, and no girl under the age of sixteen (16)years be wa,n�a ja/
<br />allowed to attend any public dance,Also no girl between the age of sixteen(16) and eighteen Xalj6gs
<br />(18) years of age be allowed to attend any public dance unless accompanied by the parents

<br />Application of L.V.Lockert,Co.L. 8th.Inf,Camp Fremont,for a I2 o'clock dance permit
<br />in Forester's Hall on the evening of Fehruary 20th.1918,was on motion of Trustee Mabie,
<br />seconded by Trustee Mc,Nulty, the application be granted,suhject to the restrietions,provid-
<br />ed for in the previos motion9passed by the Board regarding the age limit of girls.Liotion
<br />Carried.
