<br />That the eight (8) huh salt glazed tile
<br />Pipe sewer at present In place and ex-
<br />tending from that certain manhole at
<br />the intersection of the center line of
<br />Adams street with the center tine of
<br />Vera avenue along the center line of
<br />Vera avenue northeasterly a distance
<br />of 304 feet to existing manhole, be low-
<br />ered at Its northeasterly end one and
<br />seven tenths (1.7) feet, and relaid on a
<br />grade which is a straight line from the
<br />last mentioned point to the bottom of
<br />aforementioned manhole at intersec-
<br />tion of Adams street with Vera av-
<br />enue.
<br />That an eight (8), inch salt glazed
<br />the pipe sewer be constructed from a
<br />point on the center line of Vera avenue
<br />distant 804 feet northeasterly from
<br />manhole at intersection of center line
<br />of. Adams street with centrjr line of Vera
<br />avenue, along the center line of Vera
<br />avenue northeasterly to El Camino Real
<br />and across El Camino Real on the cen-
<br />ter line of Vera avenue produced to a
<br />point

<br />along El Camino Real from last men-
<br />ricr.ed po7nt in a straight line w the
<br />existing manhole located at a Point in

<br />where said sewer crosses the creek
<br />on said Ll Camint Real, said twenty
<br />(20) feet to be constructed of black -
<br />(Lipped wrought Iron pipe eight (8)
<br />Inches in diameter.
<br />That one man hole at present locat-
<br />ed at a point on the center line of Vera
<br />avenue distant 307 feet northeasterly
<br />from the point of Intersection of the
<br />center line of Adams street, with the
<br />center line of Vera avenue, be removed
<br />and the iron from this manhole to be
<br />used in the construction of a new
<br />manhole at a point on the center line
<br />of Vera avenue distant two hundred
<br />and fifty (250) feet northeasterly from
<br />the intersection of center line of Adams
<br />street with center line of Vera avenue.
<br />That brick manholes with cast iron
<br />frames and covers be constructed at
<br />thefollowing points, to -wit:-
<br />One manhole at a point on the center
<br />line of Vera avenue distant 250 feet
<br />northeasterly from the point of in-
<br />tersection of the center line of Adams
<br />street with the center line of Vera
<br />avenue.
<br />.One manhole at a point on the center
<br />line of Vera avenue produced north -
<br />Real, said point being located between
<br />the curb and sidewalk on the north-
<br />easterly side of said El Camino Real.
<br />rhat a connection be made with existing
<br />manhole located on center line of
<br />Maple street and distant at right ang-
<br />els from the center line of El Camino
<br />nerving constructed tnereon on DOCK
<br />sides of avenue and eighteen
<br />and one-half (181h) feet from
<br />the center line thereof combination ce-
<br />ment curbs and gutters, from the south-
<br />westerly line of E1 Camino Real to a
<br />Point where the southwesterly line of
<br />Lot 1 in Block "R" of
<br />the Wooster, Whitton & Mont-
<br />gomery Subdivision of a part of the
<br />Redwood Farm produced northwester-
<br />ly crosses said Vera avenue. The gut-
<br />ter portion of said combination cement
<br />curb and gutter is to be eighteen inches
<br />In width and five Inches thick next to
<br />curbportion of said combination cement
<br />curb and gutter and 6 Inches thick
<br />next to pavement.
<br />That the Intersections of all streets
<br />and avenues intersecting at Vera av-
<br />line of Lot 1 in Block "R" of the Woos-
<br />ter, Whitton & Montgomery Subdlvis-
<br />ion of a part of the Redwood Farm pro-
<br />duced northwesterly across Vera av-
<br />enue be improved by having construct-
<br />ed on the respective corners thereof
<br />combination cement curbs and gutters.
<br />Said curb portion of said combination
<br />cement curbs and gutters shall be con-
<br />structed with a radius of eight (8) feet,
<br />and the gutter portion of said combina-
<br />tion cement curbs and gutters shrill be
<br />constructed with a radius of nine and
<br />one half (91it.) feet to the outer edge
<br />of gutter. The end of curb on Intersec-
<br />ting streets and avenues shall be dis-
<br />tant on property lines extended ten
<br />(10) feet from property lines on said
<br />intersecting streets and avenues. The
<br />gutter

<br />teen (18) Inches in width and five Inch-
<br />es thick next to the curb portion of
<br />said combination cement curb and gut-

<br />That a corrugated galvinized Iron
<br />pipe culvert be constructed across
<br />Vera avenue at a point 100 feet south.
<br />westerly from the southwesterly line of -
<br />E1 Camino Real, said culvert to have
<br />an internal diameter of eighteen (18)
<br />Inches and a length of seventy (70)
<br />feet.
<br />That cement concrete end walls be
<br />constructed at both ends of pipe cul-
<br />vert lastly herein mentioned and situ-
<br />ated and to be constructed across Vera
<br />avenue at a point 100 feet southwest-
<br />erly from the southwesterly line of EI
<br />Camino Real, Said cement concrete end
<br />walls to be eight (8) feet long and
<br />eight (8) Inches thick at the top and
<br />twelve (12) inches thick at the bottom
<br />and with a base of two (2) feet In
<br />with and nine (9) inches thick.
<br />That Vera avenue be Improved by be-
<br />ing graded for the full width of the
<br />roadway thereof and being paved for
<br />gomery Subdivision of a part of the
<br />Redwood Farm produced northwester-
<br />ly across said Vera avenue, excepting
<br />however a strip eighteen (18) Inches
<br />wide immediately adjacent to the curb
<br />lines on both sides of said avenue, re-
<br />served for gutter -ways, and also ex-
<br />cepting a strip thirty (30) feet in width
<br />lying (16) feet on each side of the
<br />center line of Clinton street extended
<br />across Vera avenue, said thirty foot
<br />strip being at present paved. The
<br />combination cement curbs and gut-
<br />ters and the grading and paving of
<br />Vera avenue all as hereinbefore men-
<br />tioned shall be constructed so that
<br />when same reaches a Point on said Vera
<br />out to meet rue turn now
<br />on the respective Corners
<br />of said combination curbs and gut -
<br />and the grading and paving as
<br />line rronl a point ten test
<br />iterly from the southwesterly
<br />:l Camino Real and extending
<br />.rh returns now constructed on
<br />ective corners of El Camino
