<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Term Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present,Trustees;President E.H.Sampson,Geo.A.I�lerrill,Geo.W.
<br />Mc.Nulty,Carl K.Mabie,H.O.Tuehsen,0ity Clerk 1Y.A.Price.
<br />Minutes of regular meeting held February 18th.1918,were read and on motion of Trustee
<br />Mabie,seconded by Trustee Idc.Nulty same be approved.as read,I;lotion Carried.
<br />Communication from the Geo.H.Irving Company calling the attention of the Board to the
<br />congestion of automobile traffic at Broadway and State Highway was on motion of Trustee
<br />Merrill. seconded by Trustee Mc.Nulty, the matter be referred to City EMarsha.11 Coleman for
<br />suggestion as to the best way to handle this traffic and report at next meeting,Illotion
<br />Carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Merrill,the list of names of the ladies
<br />who have consented to act as Volunteer Protective Officers be left in the hands of the
<br />Chairman of the Police Committee,Motion Carried.

<br />Communication from R.C.Smoot thanking the Board for the appointment of Plumber Inspector
<br />was received and filed.
<br />Application from John Spinosa and Peter Faber,for a rebate of 0 5.00 on their automo-
<br />bile license for the months of February,Iularch,April,"lay and June,1918;was on motion of
<br />Trustee Mc.NuLty,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen,same be granted,Motion Carried.
<br />Application from the Morwin Grove 110.52.U.A.O.D for a permit to hold a dance until �•�
<br />3-A-M.on April 20th.1918 in Forester's Hall was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by
<br />Trustee Idc.Nulty same be laid over until next meeting,Motion Carried.
<br />A petition for the placing on the ballott at the coming municipal elcetion of an
<br />Ordinance voting on the ret and Dry proposition was presented by Mr.C.M.Doxsee, and was
<br />referred to the City Clerk for the verification of the signatures.
<br />Application received from Mrs.Hattie E.Ramos,II Jones Street,San Francisco,Cal for
<br />a permit to operate an-autopobile Passenger Service,not being in the proper shape the
<br />Clerk was instructed on motion of Trustee Idabie,seconded by Trustee Mc.Nulty to mail Mrs.
<br />Ramos a copy of the Ordinance,Moti on Carried.
