<br />Chaves Luscher muter continued from special meeting of 11.�rch 6th.1918.

<br />Relative to the Luscher matter,l have had conversation with Iv1r.0hilcott,who
<br />represented the prosecution -t the he -ring before ypu, and have been advised by him that
<br />he does not intend to offer any more evidence before you.
<br />In view of the situ,%tion,therefore,I assume th,4t
<br />the case is before you for disposition, and respectfully submit that the prosecution has
<br />utterly foiled to m,,:ke any case out :.gLiinst Mr.Luscher, and indeed it is very doubtful
