400 All the herin proposed work and changes of grade dhall be done in conformity with and ii in pursuance of an act of the Legislature of the State of California,entitled,"An Act to provide for changing or modifying the grade of public streets,lanes,alleys,courts or other places within municipilities"approved April 2Ist.1909. The Times -Gazette, a weekly newspaper published,printed and circulated in said Town of Redwood City,(there being no daily newspaper in said Town),is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention NO.B-2- and the street Superintendents 1 notice of the passage therof shall be published. The Town Clerk of said Town is hereby directed to publish this Resolution of Intention f NO.B-2 by'two successive insertions in said newspaper and to post same for two consecutive days on or near the council chamber door of the Board of Trustees of said Town.
