<br />That the following streets and avenues be improged by hav ing the existing macadam roadwayx
<br />thereof, for their full width, and for the lengths hereinafter mentioned,prepared for an
<br />oiled :rearing surface and that an asphaltice oil wearing surface be constructed theron,
<br />to -wit;
<br />Claremont avenue from the southerly line of El Camino Real to the easterly line of the
