<br />orete pavement with a 1*-inoh asphalt wearing surface, to -wit: -
<br />All that portion of the roadway of E1 Camino Real, in the Town of Redwood City,
<br />lying southerly from a line 12 feet southerly from and parallel to the center line of El
<br />Camino Real, also known as the County Road, and beginning at the: center line of Rogers
<br />street extended southerly and running in an easterly direction to a line 216 feet east-
<br />erly from the easterly line of Vera avenue extended northarly, including all portions of
<br />all street intersections and all portions of all street terminations and alley termina-
<br />tions lying southerly from a line 12 feet southerly from and parallel to the center line
<br />of said El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, excepting, however,, from the fore-
<br />going described work and improvements the following strips 30 inches in width immediately
<br />adjacent to the curb line on the southerly side of said E1 Camino Real, also known as -the
<br />County Road, reserved for gutter -ways, to -wit: -
<br />A strip 30 inches in width immediately adjacent to the curb line and beginning on
<br />the southerly curb line of E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road, at the center line
<br />of Rogers street extended southerly and running easterly along the southerly curb line of
<br />said E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road, to the westerly line of Whipple avenue,
<br />extended northerly.
<br />Also a strip 30 inches in width, immediately adjacent to the curb line and begin-
<br />ning at the southerly line of E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road, and extending
<br />around the radius of the curb line at the southwest corner of Whipple avenue, and E1
<br />Camino.Real, also known as the County Road, and running easterly along the southerly curb
<br />line of said El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, to the westerly line of Hop-
<br />kins avenue, produced northerly.
