<br />re�uirod by law pest a notice of the time and place of said hearing,which from the affadvit
<br />of said Clerk heretofore filed by -the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City; and
<br />WHEREAS this is the time and place fixed for hearmng said protest and said Board of �l
<br />Trustees of said Town of Redwood City proceeded to hear and pass upon said protest, and

<br />RESOLVED,by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the wrmtten protest
<br />against the a3-,eptance of the work and improvements hereinbefore described be and the same
<br />is hereby overruled and the said assessment and Warrant heretofore issued to A.H.Lopperud,
<br />dated October 2nd.IQ18, for the work and improvements hereunbefore described,be and the
<br />sa.:,e is hereby confirmed.

<br />I160/nd/ WHEREAS, the Spanish influenza epidemic has been abated to such an extent in the Town
<br />WCe of Redwood City that the health authorities of said Town are of the opinion that it is no
<br />6,VA(se longer necessary to wear influenza masks;
<br />lrttis/{S NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City
<br />that the Resolution of said Board passed and adopted on the 25th.day of Qctober,191?,
<br />requiring all persons to wear influenza masks be and the same is hereby recinced and set
<br />aside.
