The Town Clerk of said Town of Redwood City, is hereby directed to post a notice of said work and improvements, together with the plans and specifications therefor, conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and improvements ordered herein. Said Clerk of the Town of Redwood City is also directed to publish a notice inviting such proposals, and referring to the plans and specifications posted or on file in the "Redwood City Democrat" a weekly newspaper published and circulated in said Town,and hereby designated by the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City, for that purpose. All the herein proposed work and improvements shall be done in pursuance of and in conformity with an act of the Legislature of the State of California, entitled "Improvement Act of 1911, approved April 7th, 1911 and acts amendatory thereof. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at the hour of 8 o'clock P. M. of the 6th day of March, 1916, at a regular meeting of said Board of Trustees held on said day, by the following vote; Ayes dad in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution ordering the Work No. 23, Trustees, Deleau, Hahir, Sampson, Tuchsen, Merrill, Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution Ordering the work No. 23, Trustees, - None Absent Trustees, None Geo. Trustee Tuchsen presents the following Resolution, and moves its adoption, Trustee Hahir seconds the motion. RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO. 2¢. RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did on the 7th day of February, 1916, pas; its Resolution of Intention No. 24, to otder the herein. after described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town, which Resolution of Intention No. 2¢, was duly and legally published*as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of D. E. O'Keefe, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City. AND WHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. 2¢, headed "Notice of Improvement" were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvements and in front of all. the property liable to be assessed therefor, in fnrm and manner as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of J.
