<br />the County Road, 5 inches thick and 8 feet wide and built on the uniform slope from a line
<br />8 feet northerly from and parallel to the northerly curb line of said .E1 Camino Real,
<br />also known as the County Road, and extending southerly to the gutter at the northerly curb
<br />line of said El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, said approach to begin at a I
<br />line 536 feet east from the easterly line of Pine street extended southerly and extending
<br />easterly for a distance of 30 feet.
