82 AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, to order the following work to be done and improvements to be made in the Town to -wit: - That artificial stone sidewalks be constructed at intersections and terminations of streets and avenues and upon the respective corners thereof, hereinafter mentioned, such sidewalks at such terminations and corners to be so constructed as to cover the en- tire space included within the prolongation of the inner lines of artificial stone side- walks constructed on the intersecting streets and the inner lines of curbs. Such inner lines of curbs to be 6 inches inside the outer curb lines. The street intersections and terminations to be so constructed and the respective corners thereof at which said side- walks are to be constructed as aforesaid, are the following to -wit: - Southeast corner of East Brewster avenue and El Camino Heal, also known as the County Road, Northeast corner of Broadway and El Camino Heal, also known as the County Road. Northeast corner of George street and E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road. Southeast corner of George street and E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road.South- east corner of Monroe avenue and E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road. Northeast corner of Monroe avenue and Bl Camino Real, also known as the County Road. Northwest cor- ner of Jackson avenue and El Camino Real, also known as the County Road. Southwest corner of Vera avenue and El Camino Real, also known as the County Road. There is hereby, however, excepted from the above described work and improvements any artificial stone sidewalk or artificial stone approach now constructed and laid to grade. Hancock Addition to the Town of Redwood City, referred to herein is of record in Yap Book E, page ¢3, in the Recorder's office of the Obunty of San Mateo, State of Cal- ifornia. Diller's Addition to the Town of Redwood City, referred to herein is of record in Map Book E., page 77, in the Recorder's office of the County of San Mateo, State of Cal- ifornia. Jas. A. Robinson's Subdivision, near the Town of Redwood City, referred to herein t' of record in Map Book A, page 31, in the Recorder's office of the County of San Mateo, State of California. All the hereinbefore and hereinabove described work and improvements are to be done in accordance with the special plans and specifications heretofore adopted for doing said work and improvements, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, on the 6th day of March, 1916, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City, to which plans and specifications reference is hereby made for a further description of said work and improvements and for further particulars. Serial bonds bearing interest at the rate of seven per cent per annum and extending over the period of five years from the second day of January, next succeeding their date shall be issued to.represnt assessments of Twenty-five dollars (9`25.) or over fbr the cost and expenses and expenses of said work and improvements and in manner and form provided by law. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to post a notice of said work, together with the plans and specifications therefor, conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City, inviting sealed pro- posals or bids for doing the work ordered. Said Town Clerk is also directed to publish a notice inviting such proposals and referring to the plans and specifications posted on or on file in the Redwood City Democrat,a weekly newspaper, published and circulated in said Town of Redwood City, and hereby designated for that purpose.
