<br />Regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Trustees held.
<br />Roll Call, present, Trustees President Geo. A. Ylerrill, Geo. A. Deleau, J.J.
<br />Hahir, :S.H.Sampson, H.C.Tuchsen, Town Clerk, G.C.Plump.
<br />Affidavit of D.E.O'Xeefe, in the ILatter of publishing Notices, inviting sealed
<br />proposals for street improvements and work on E1 Camino :Heal, Broadway and Main streets
<br />were on motion of Trustees Deleau and Hahir received and filed.
<br />l�ffidavit of G.C.Plump, mown Cler,-,in the matter of Posting Notices of street
<br />imnroveinents and work on El Camino Real, Broadway ind I,iain streets were received and
<br />filed on motion of Trustees Deleau and Tuchsen.
<br />On Motion Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Sampson a warrant amounting to
<br />.,166.38, be drawn La favor of F.Z.Towne, Town Treasurer,for the Town of Redwood's portion
<br />of Sewer Assessment,bonds payable only after the one-half owing by Mr. Elliot in the
<br />Town Treasurer's hands.

<br />On Llotion Trurtee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee Deleau, warrant be drawn amounting
<br />to .1319.28, in favor of State Compensation Insurance Fund for insurance of Town em-
<br />ployees.
<br />Motion Carried.
<br />On Motion TrusteEsluchsen and Deleau, and,Superintendent of streets authorized
<br />to extend ¢ inch water main on County Road from Oak to Redwood Avenues.
<br />Iviotion Carried.
<br />Application of Angelo Scilini, for a permit for a Class "A" liquor License, former-
<br />ly held by John Pozzi, was granted on motion of Trustees Sampson and Deleau.
<br />Application of Edward Collins and Harry IvIizel for a permit for a Junk License,
<br />was granted on motion of Trustees Sampson and Deleau.
<br />The Bids for the construction o;C gutters on portion of Idain and Broadway were
<br />opened on April 3rd, 1916, and award of contract continued to April 79 1916.
<br />Trustee Tuchsen, presents the following Resolution and moved its adoption,
<br />Trustee Hahir seconds the motion.
<br />RESOLUTION OF AWARD Ido. 2¢
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, did, in open session,
<br />on the 3rd day of April, 1916, publicly open. examine and declare all sealed proposals
<br />or bids,-_---=- for doing the following described work in said Town, to -wit: -
<br />That Main street be improved ip th e.lown of Redwood City, by having asphaltic
<br />wearing surface and binder removed from a strip 36 inches in width immediately adjacent
<br />to the curb line on the easterly side of said Main Street from a point 309 feet north
<br />of the northerly curb line of Broadway produced easterly to the easterly curb line of
<br />said Idain street, southerly to the northerly line of Stambaugh street produced westerly
<br />to the easterly curb line of Main street; and also having the asphaltic wearing surface
<br />and binder removed from a strip 36 inches in width immediately adjacent to the curb line
<br />on the easterly side of Idain street from the southerly line of Stambaugh street produced
<br />westerly to the easterly curb line of Main street, southerly to a point 97 feet southerly
<br />from the southerly line of Stambaugh street produced westerly to the easterly curb line
<br />of n,Iain street; and also having the asphaltic wearing surface and binder removed from a
<br />strip 36 inches in width immediately adjacent to the curb line on the westerly side of
