RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did on the 16th. day of June,pass its resolution of Intention No,C-9 to order tiie hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town,whic4 Resolution of Intention No.0-9 was duly and legally published as required by law,as appears from the affidavit of D.E.OlKeefe now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and WHEREAS,notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No C.-9 headed11Notice of Improvement° were duly and legally in the form and manner as required by law,as appears from the affidavit of Edward Dearborn,Street Superintendent of said Town; and 1IMPMAS,it appears from the affidavit of said Edward Dearborn,said Street Superintendent that the posting of said notices of imp rovement was completed on the 2¢th.day of June, 1919, and MEREAS,in and by said Resolution of Intention No.0-9 Illonday the 7th.day of July,1919,at the hour of 8 O'clock P.M. of said day at the meeting place of the Board of Trustees of said Tocrn of Redwood City,in the Town.
