Upon roll call there were present,Trustees,president Carl K.Mlabie,M.E.Ryan,J.C.Jones, Geo.A.Kreiss,City Clerk W.A.Price,Absent Trustec;Geo.W.Mc.Nulty. Moved by Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Ryan,reading of .minutes of the regular meeting held July 2Ist.1919 be dispensed with,Motion Carried. Affidavit of D.E.OlKeefe in the matter of Pu'lhlishing notice of sealed proposals for construction of Phelps Street Storm sewer under Resolution of Intention No.C.9; and notice affidavit of W.A.Price,City Clerk in the matter of posting near the Council Chamber door was on motion of Trustee Jones,seconded by Trustee Sreiss same be received and filed, Motion Carried.
