<br />Upon roll call there were present,Trustees;-President Carl &.Mabie,M.E.Ryan,Geo.W.
<br />Itic.Nulty,J.C.Jones,Geo.A.Sreiss,City Clerk'W.A.Price.
<br />On motion of Trustee Me.Nulty,seconded by Trustee Kreiss,the minutes of regular
<br />meeting held August 18th.1919 be dispensed with.Motion Carried.
<br />Affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge in the matter'of Publishing notice inviting sealed proposals
<br />for constructing a concrete bridge on Broadway,Webster Street and Maple Street,as per
<br />plans and specifications of the City Engineer was on motion of Trustee Me.Nulty,second-ed
<br />by Trustee Jones,same be received and filed,Motion Carried.
<br />The following bids were received for the construction of Concrete Bridges on Broadway,
<br />Webster and Maple Streets, and were publicly opened,examined and declared.

<br />On motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Kreiss,the plans and specifications of
<br />Architect J.R.Miller,for the construction of the Central Fire House be accepted by this
<br />Board.Motion Carried.
