<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City held.
<br />Upo4 roll call there were present -;Trustees President Carl K.Mabie,M.E.Ryan,Geo.W.Me.Nulty,
<br />J. C.Jones, Geo.A.Kreiss,City Clerk W.A,Price.
<br />Minutes of regular meeting held September 2nd.1919 were read and on motion of Trustee
<br />Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Jones,same be approved as read,Motion Carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Ryan,Frank Alonzo who resides on
<br />Woodside Road be given water connection,Motion Carried.
<br />Application of The Progressive Club for a 3 o'clock dance perr,,it for Saturday night
<br />September 27th.IgIg ,was granted on motion of Trustee Ivlc.Nulty,seconded by Trustee Kreiss,
<br />and carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Ryan,seconcled by Trustee Kreiss and carried,the Board advertise
<br />for sealed bids for sale of Firs House on El Camino Real,near Jefferson Avenue,same to be
<br />opened October 6th.1919,at 7-30 o'clock P.M.
<br />Moved by Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Mc.Nulty and carried,J.Iv1.Vlalter Jr,be
<br />' appointed PLUIrIBING INSPECTOR for the Town of Redwood City,said appointment to take effect

<br />Communication from C.M.Helser relative to a water bill for 0 I0.70 for the month of

<br />July,IgIg,on motion of Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Ryan,the clerk be instructed to
<br />{ inform Mr.Helser that amount would have to be paid,as in all former complaints,the Bea rd
<br />deeded that all water passing through water mater must be paid for,Motion Carried.
<br />Communication from Mathias Schmidt relative cleaning of ditch in Valota Park Tract,
<br />,was on motion of Trustee ICreiss,seconded by Trustee Jones',"the matter be laid over until
<br />next meeting,so ditch could be inspected by members of Board and City Engineer,Ivlotion
<br />Carried.
<br />{ Application of the Pacific Gas & Electric Company for permission to set two poles on

<br />i Davis Street was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Mc.Nulty and carried same

<br />Iv7oved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Kreiss,the Pacific Gas & Electric Company be
<br />instructed to move two of the City poles on Maple Street,also the Clerk be instructed to
<br />apply for one contact on Pacific Gas & Electric Company pole on Maple Street,yotion Carried,
<br />permit for
<br />Application of the Swastika Club fora three o'clock dance on Saturday night October
<br />4th.Iglg,was granted on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Kreiss and carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Jones,the Fraternal Brder of Eagles be
<br />granted a permit to hold a 30'elock dance in Forester's Hall on October IIth.Iglg,Motion
<br />Carried.
