<br />Minutes of the regular meeting b.eld December 1.5th.1919 and special meeting held
<br />December 30th.1919 were read and on motion of Trustee TAP.Nulty,seconded by Trustee Kreiss
<br />and carried same be approved as read.
<br />Application of the Sequcia Cluh for a permit to hold a 3 o'clock dance on Saturday
<br />night January 17th.192O was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Jones and carried
<br />said permit be granted.
<br />Application of the Forester's Hall Assn.for a permit to hold a 3 o'clock dance in
<br />Forester's Hall on Saturday evening. January 24th.1920 was on motion of Trustee Jones,
<br />seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried same be granted.
<br />Communication from the Western Union Telegraph Company stating the time service
<br />would be commencing February Ist.1920 increasedtwenty five cents per month,was on motion
<br />of Trustee IIZc.Nultytseconded by Trustee Xreiss same be received and filed.
<br />Communication from Redwood Troop No.I Boy Scouts of America,thanking the Board for
<br />their kind donation was on motion of Trustee Jones,seconded by Trustee Kreiss same be
<br />received and filed.
<br />Communication from A.D.Walsh soliciting fire insurance covering the New Fire House
<br />Rias on motion of Trustee Ilc.Nulty,seconded by Trustee %rei.ss,same be received and filed for
<br />future consideration.
<br />Application of the Pacific -Gas & Electric Company for permission to set poles on
<br />Redwood Avenue as per blue print # 337 R; was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee
<br />Jones same be granted,LIotion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee I:Sc.Nulty,a warrant be drawn in iifavor of
<br />ylarden,Contractor in the amount of ? 2652,50,it being 75 a of labor and material
<br />rated in the New Fire House for the Month of December IQ19,11otion Carried.
<br />The final claim of C.B.Cowden,contractor in the amoi.nt of ? 1¢20.80 for Maple Street
<br />rovements was presented and on motion of Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Ryan and
<br />arried,the sum of Fifty (550.00) be deducted for the repairing of the senting of gutter
<br />curb,a warrant be drawn in his favor for the amount of 0 I,370.80 as final payment.
<br />Moved by Trustee Mc.Tlulty,seconded by Trustee Kreiss an estimate payment of -Ii 4.500 -OC
<br />be granted Dreyfus Bros.on Outfall sewer contract,I4Iotion Carried.
