Ryan, Geo.77.I,Tc.Nulty, J. C. Jones, Town. Clerk 1. VA.Price,Absent Trustee Geo.A.Kreiss. The affidavit of James P.Coleman the Town Marshall of said Town in the matter of ?. serving notice of this special, meeting upon the members of the Board of Trustees of said -Town utas upon motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Jones and carried received and filed. it This meeting was called for the purpose of considering the acquisition of a municipal dock and warehouse. The Redwood City Chamber of Commerce presented an offer from the S.H.Frank & Co; to give to said Town the Peninsula Tock & Warehouse property at the foot of Main Street. for a municipal dock and warehouse if said Town would agree to construct a spur travk to connect with said property to which said S.H.Frank & Co. could have the pxiveleger of connecting, Said offer provided that said S,H.Frahk & Co would execute a deed to said property and place same in escrow pending the performance of the conditions necessary to be performed by said Town before delivery theredf and it also provided that pending said �.t escrow saia'Town could have the use of said dock and warehouse premises. After a discussion of said offer it was moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee t. I,fc.Nulty and carried that said offer of the S,�H.Fxank & Co.be received and filed and that said Town. bf Redwood City accept said offer. It was moved by Trustee Jones seconded by Trustee Mc.Nulty and carried that ponding said ezerow said Town of Redwood City take advantage of the right to use and occupy said r dock and warehouse premises and take possession of same at once.
