Upon roll call there were present Trustees, President Carl H.I,fabie,Y.E.Ryan,Geo.W. I,c.Nulty,J.0.Jones, George A,Yxeiss,City Clerk W.A.Price. Minutes of regular meeting held January 19,1920 was read and on motion of Trustee Jones,seconded by Trustee Ryan,same be approved as read,Llotion Carried. .T.!oved by Trustee Ile. Nulty, seconded by Trustee Jones,the Town of Redwood City purchase a carload of screening for repairing the raadway between the Dye Works and the garbage dump.I.Yotion Carried. On motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee It'Ic.Nulty and carried the City Attorney be instructed to prepare proceedings to present to the Railroad Commission on the first of Ivl rch,to have the Southern Pacific Company repair all their, railroad Crossings within the City Limits. On motion of Trustee I,Tc.Nulty.seconded by Trustee Jones and carried, the City Attorney and City Engineer be instructed to have all data and estimate cost of spur track from Chestnut Street to 23unicipal Wharf and present same at next meeting, Affidavit of Publication of D.E.O'Kedfe in the matter of PUBLISHING NOTICE inviting sealed bids for the removal of Oali Trees from the roadways of Redwood Highlands was on motion of Trustee Jones.seconded by Trustee Iireiss and carried same be received and filed. The following bid was received,publicly opened,examined and declared; - Redwood City,February 2nd.I920. To The Honorable of Trustees of the . Town. of Redwood City, We the undersigned do hereby agree to enter into contract with the Town. of Redwood City for the removal of 50(Pifty)Oak trees 50 more or less from the roadways in Redwood Highlands,all trees to belong to the undersigned parties also to replace contents taken from hole, leave street clean,to furnish goods,Sufficieaht Bond to the Sum of Three hundred dollars ( � 300-00) Signed; E.A,Tribolet Idaurice Feliz.
