<br />sons objecting to Said closing and va-
<br />cating of the aforesaid portions of the
<br />aforesaid described streets or any part
<br />or portion, 'thereof to file their Olen -
<br />tions In writing inhe office of the
<br />Clerk of the Town of/Rodwood City as
<br />required by law, and tho Clerk of said
<br />Tow.n'wasAlrected to cause to be pub-
<br />lished said noticonud resolution once a
<br />week for a period of four successive
<br />weeks according to law and as by said
<br />resolution ordered; .and '
<br />WHEREAS, due propf has been, made
<br />to the satisfaction of the Board of
<br />Trustees of the Town of Redwood City
<br />that the Clerk of said Town has Caused
<br />to be+published said notice and resolu-
<br />tion as reauired by law and said reso-
<br />WHEREAS, due proof has been made
<br />to, the satisfaction- of the 'Board of
<br />Trustees of the Town of Redwood Clty
<br />that after the adoption of said resolu-
<br />tion, the Superintendent of Streets of
<br />fsaid Town of Redwood City posted
<br />conspicuously, along the frontdges or
<br />those portions of Heller street, Charter
<br />street, Willow street, Laurel street and
<br />Chew street hereinabove described and
<br />proposed to `be closed and 'vacated, no-
