<br />Upon roll.oall there were prrsent;Triatees,President Carl R.Mabie,M.E.Ryan,Geo.w,
<br />Mc.,Nulty,J.C.Jones,,Geo.A.lC�eiss,and City Clerk W.A.Price.
<br />Rdwding of minutes of regular meeting held March 15th.1920.was on motion of Trustee
<br />Jones,seoonded by Trustee.Ryan,same be approved as read,&Iotion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee.Ryan,seconded by Trustee Jones, and carried the City Engineer and
<br />,. .
<br />City Attorney be instructed to make -a report at next meeting on the.damage done the
<br />;
<br />foundation.of the Times -Gazette Building and,see if said damage was fault of the•City.
<br />On motion of Trustee Ryan,seeonded by Trustee Jones, the Clerk•be instructed to
<br />notify t1le United Lumber and Supply Company to vacate that pottion of Bradford Street upon
<br />which they have lumber piled on.Motion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Jones, the Supt,of Streets and City Engineer
<br />report at next meeting on the sewer situati3naof O.Pierson,328.Standish St.Motion Carried.
<br />Trustee Mc.Nulty presents Ordinance N0.206 ;and moves its.adoption,Trastee Btiess
<br />seconds the motion,Motion Carried.

<br />Gentlemen;-
<br />A bill for$ 1700.00 for street work has been presented to Mrs.Robertson. .
<br />In A910 -acting for Mrs.Robertson-I offered.the Board of Trustees not
<br />only the land wanted by them for the street but alae all the property lying, ,
<br />between the oldL School House Bridge and proposed Street for $ I000.00
<br />,�..
<br />provided that the city pay the street work. The trustees accepted the .offer
<br />and desired to pay for the work in advance stating that the cost would be
<br />,.
<br />640.00 approximately and the trustees paid that amount.
<br />What arrangement can be made regarding payment to the contractors?

<br />Communication received from the Redwood City Post No.IO5 American Legion,was on motion
<br />of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Jones,said communication be referred to City Clerk to
<br />secure the data required, Motion Carried.
<br />Application of the ,Pacific Gas & Electric Company in the matter of increasing•gas
<br />rates was on motion of Trustee Jones,seconded by Trustee gneiss said application be
<br />referred to the City Attorney,Motion Carried.
<br />on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Mc.Nulty,the Clerk be authorized to
<br />enter into contract with the Pacific,States Electric Company for one year commencing Idarc#
<br />31st.1920 for the supplying.of incandescent lamps,Motion Carried.
<br />Application of the Apbhine Club for a permit to hold a three o'clock dance in Forester's
<br />Hall on Saturday evening Iuiay 8th.1920 was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee
<br />Sreiss, said permit be granted,11otion Carried.
<br />Application of the United Ancient Order of Druids Redwood Circle No.I00 for a permit.to
<br />hold a.3 o'clock dance in Forester's Hall on Saturday night May 224d.1920.same was granted
<br />on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Mc Nulty,
