<br />Resolution D-3, the Superintendent of
<br />Streets of said Town posted conspicu-
<br />ously along the frontages of that portion
<br />of Webster street herehiabove described
<br />and proposed to be closed and vacated,
<br />notices of the passage of said resolu-
<br />tion in the manner and for the period
<br />required by law and also caused a no-
<br />tice similar In substance to be printed
<br />and published In the Redwood City
<br />Democrat, a weekly newspaper publish-'
<br />ed, printed and circulated in said Town
<br />of Redwood City, (there being no daily
<br />or semi-weeitly newspaper therein), and
<br />designated by the 'Board of Trustees of
<br />saki Town for that purpose, In the man-
