Upon roll call there were present -Trustees President IJ.E.Ryan.,Carl K.Mabie-H.C.Tnchsen- Geo.CJ.McNulty-Geo.A.Kreiss- City Clerk w.A.Price. Iclinutes of regular meeting held September 20th.1920 was read and on motion of Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Mabie same be approved"as read,11otion Carried. IToved by Trustee IvIcNulty,seconded by Trustee Mabie, the Supt.of Streets be instructed to extend a 4 inch cast iron water pipe from the end of the present main at Melrose Place along Edgewood Road to the J.W.Lowe residence,same to be done as soon as possible,also to install the necessary fire hydrants, IGZotion Carried. ,. Application of the Forester's Hall Assn.for a permit to hold a 3 o'clock dance in Forester's Hall on Baturday evening October 23rd.1920 was on Motion of Trustee Mabie, seconded by Trustee Kreiss and carried same be granted. Application of G.Casaretto for a permit to hold a I2 o'clock dance on Saturday evening October 9th.1920 was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Kreiss and carried same be granted. Communication from the California State Board"of.Health requesting the attendance of they City Health Officer at the convention to be held at Chico November 8 -II -1920 was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee Kreiss same be received and filed, Motion Carried. The following letter was received from the S.H.Frank Company and on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Kreiss, said letter be received and filed, and the contents be spread on the minutes, and the Clerk be instructed to notify the S.H.Frank Company the matter would be taken up an early date, Motion Carried. Gentlemen; Having taken up the matter of a change in the escrow agreement between the town of Redwood City and ourselves, we have decided that this agreement must stand as it is at present without any change. If this decision does not meet with your approval, we would like to have you make the necessary resolutions, etc, to release the property,and turn same back to us, as we can use it; and would like to have the use of it just as soon as possible.
