Redwood City,idovember 15th.I920-7-306'elock P.1I. <br />Regular meeting ofthe Board of Trustees of the Towh of Redwood City held. <br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees; -President X.E.Ryan,Car1 E.ITabie,H.C.Tuchsen <br />Geo.W.ITeNulty,City Clerk VI.A.Price, absent Trustee Geo.d.Kreiss. <br />ITinutes of regular meeting held November Ist.1920 were read and on motion of Trustee <br />I°dabie,seconded by Trustee IoNulty and carried same be approved as read. <br />�J <br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried,Fire Chief Ryan be <br />authorized to purchase 4 heaters for the Central Fire house,same not to exceed 0 25.00 <br />a piece. <br />The following communication was received by the Board, and on motion of Trustee <br />Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried same be received and filed,also said <br />communication be spread on the minutes. <br />The First National Bank <br />of San Mateo County, <br />Redwood City,Cala, <br />November I0, <br />1920. <br />Board of Trustees, <br />Town. of Redwood City, <br />Redwood City,Calif. <br />Gentlemen; <br />This is to advise you that we have this day delivered to <br />S.H.Frank & Co.deed and agreement which we have been <br />holding in escrow. This delivery is made in accordance <br />with instructions as outlined in your resolution passed <br />at the board meeting on Nov.I. <br />Ypurs very truly, <br />F.E.Towne. <br />Cashier. <br />Application of the Sequoyah Club for a permit to hold a three o'clock dance in Forester'3 <br />Hall on Saturday evening December 4th.1920,was on motion of Trustee 1t1abie,seconded by <br />Trustee I,IcNulty,said permit be granted, Motion Carried. <br />Application of Guido Farnaciari Company for a permit to conduct a twelve o'clock dance <br />at 1304 E1 Camino Real on Saturday evenings of November 20th, and 27th.1920 was on motion <br />of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee I,icNulty same be granted,iTotion Carried. <br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Ma.bie, the letter and check in the amount <br />of twenty five dollars received from Mr.Frank Bryant for storage rent at the Municipal ware <br />house, the clerk be instructed to send a copy of the letter and date it was received with <br />check to the S.H.Frank�Company explaining to them the situation, stating if they do not wish <br />to retain the check to return it to the clerk, and to write a letter to ITr.Bryant enclosing <br />letter of S.H.Prank Company to him with an explanation of the situation, Motion Carried. <br />Moved by Trustee Llabie,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen,the City Engineer be instructed to <br />furnish the Board with plans and layout in removing the City wires, and (future system on <br />Broadway and ITain Streets ,Motion Carried. <br />Moved by Trustee Tuchseni;iseconded by Trustee Meldulty and carried that the Board now <br />adjourn. <br />city Clerk. <br />231 <br />
