<br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee McNulty,the minutes of the meeting of
<br />January 17th-I92I be dispensed with until meeting of February 2I,192I,Motion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee McNulty,seconded 'by Trustee Mabie, the Southern Pacific Company be
<br />given permission to start work on the Broadway crossing February 8th.192I,Motion Carried.
<br />Application of Court Madrone # 158 Hall Assn. for permission to hold a dance in
<br />Forester's Hall Saturday evening February 19,1921 was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,
<br />seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried said permit be laid on the table.
<br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee McNulty, the .question of the Hall Assn,
<br />dance permit be reeonsidered.Motion Carried.
<br />Application of the Redwood City Fire Dept. for a permit to hold a dance,in Forester's
<br />Hall Saturday evening February I2th.192I was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by
<br />Trustee McNulty said permit be granted until one o'clock. Motion Carriedo

<br />The report of Con Brathman,Plumbing Inspector for the month of January 192I was on
<br />motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee Mabie and. carried said report be received
<br />and filed.
<br />A communication from Mr.Geo.H.Zent regarding the poor condition of Jefferson Avenue
<br />and asking the Board to take some means for improving same,was on motion of Trustee
<br />McNulty, seconded by Trustee Tuchsen,said communication be referred to the Street committee
<br />to be reported on at next regular meeting.Motion Carried.
<br />Communication from Mr.Roy O.Yates of 52 Myrtle Street in regards to making a reductibna
<br />in water rates was on motion of Trustee Tuehsen,seconded by Trustee Mabie, and carried
<br />said communication be received and filed for future reference, and the clerk be instructed
<br />to write Mr.Yates,informing him,his communication will be given due consideration.
<br />A resolution supporting the Corporation tax bill now before the State Legislation
<br />from the City Council of San Jose,ea.s received and read, and on motion of Trustee
<br />Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried,said Resolution be received and filed,
<br />Application of Guido Farnasiari Company for a permit to hold a 12 o'clock dance at
<br />1304 E1 Camino Real,on Saturday evenings February I2th, and February 19th.192I was on
<br />motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried,said permits be granted,
<br />On motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Mabie,the City Engineer was instructed
<br />to set the corner stakes on the lots recently required by the City on Heller Street and
