Upon roll'call there were present Trustees; -resident M.E.Ryan,Carl g.Mabie,H.C. Tuchsen,Geo.W.BicNulty,CitydC.lerk W.A.Price,Absent Trustee Geo.A.greiss. Minutes of regular meeting held March 7th.192I,were read and on motion of Trustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen same be approved as read,Motion Carried. Application of the Pacific Gas & Electric Company for permission to set one pole and move one pole on State Highway and Manzanita St,was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee McNulty said permit be granted,Motion Carried. Communication from Chas.Curran asking to gave a street light installed on. Claremont Avenue,also a petition from Geo.Beck and others to have a street light installed at the corner of Willow and Hancbek Streets,was on motion pf Trustee McHulty,seconded by Trustee Tuehsen,same be referred to City Electrician to find the cost of said lights and to report at next meeting,Motion Carried. Application of Mervin Grove No.52,U A 0 D for a permit to hold a one o'clock dance in Forester's Hall on March 26th.192I was on motion •oi'Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Mabie and carried,said permit be granted. Application of G.Farnaciari for a permit to hold a twelve o'clock $ance at 130¢ E1 Camino Real on Saturday evenings of March 26th 1921; and April 2nd.192I,was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee McNulty same be granted.Motion Carried. Application of Thomas D.Ruggles for a Master Plumbers license for the Town of Redwood City for the year 1921.was on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Tuchsen said application ba,granted.Motion Carried. Communication from Bennett Bros.Inc of San Francisco relative to Forty Dollars due them for extra hinges which should not have been paid to the Maxwell Hardware Company was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Mabie, the Clerk be instructed to write Bennett Bros,informing them as the Board has already made the final settlement with Mr.Warden, and the Maxwell Hardware Company ,for them to take up the matter with Mr.#arden,Motion Carried. On motion of Trustee,MeNulty,seconded by Trustee Mabie, the certified check of the Pioneer Rubber Mills,deposited on thair:hose contract be returned,Motion Carried. On motion of Trustee Tucheen,seconded by Trustee Mabie, the "HOUSE RULES " of the Civic Auditorium presented by the Fire Department be accepted,Motion Carried. Moved by Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried. Sylvester Douglass be authorifted to purchase for the Fire Department one Pneumatic axid syphon, On motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Mabie,Sylvester Douglass be authorized to purchase the necessary paper towels and toilet paper for the Fire Department, Motion Carried. 0
