<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees,President M.E.Ryan,Carl K.Mabie,H.C.
<br />Buchsen,Geo.W.MeNulty,Geo.A.Kreiss,Clerk W.A.Price.
<br />Minutes of regular meeting held June 6th.192I were read and on motion of Trustee
<br />Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen,same be approved as read,Motion Carried. .
<br />Application of the Pacific Gas & Electric Company for permission to set two poles
<br />on Hillview Ave,as per BLUE PRINT # 495-R was. on motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by
<br />Trustee McNulty and carried said permit be granted..
<br />Application off Court Madrone Hall Assn.for permission to hold a three,olclock dance
<br />Saturday evening July 2nd.192I,was on raotion of TFustee McNulty,seconded• by Trustee
<br />Tuchsen,said permit be granted to one O'clock only, ISotion Carried.
<br />Application of G.Parnaciari for a permit to hold a twelve o'clock dance Saturday
<br />evenings June 25th. and July 2nd.192I was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee
<br />McNulty,said permit be granted,Motion darried.
<br />Communication.from the San Mateo County Federation of Women's Club recommending that
<br />public boxing exhibitions be prohibited in San Mateo County was on motion of Trustee,
<br />Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen,said comminication be placed on file,Motion Carried.

<br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried, the Supt, of streets
<br />be instructed to report at next meeting the necessary work needed to repair the streets
<br />in Redwood'HigILlands that are in need of improvements.also the City Attorney and City
<br />Engineer instructed to furnish an estimatelof the cost of said proceeds,Motion darried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee McNulty,the Clerk be Instructed -to
<br />notify the Redwood City Water Cpmpany, the 'Board have decided to submit to the State
<br />Railroad Commission to determine the valuation of their Water Plant, and also to fix
<br />the rate the Town should pay said Company for water, motion carried.
