That artificial stone curb be con- structed on Davis street at the follow- ing places, to -wit: On the southerly side of Davis street and 15 feet fuom the center line of the roadway thereof and in front of Lots 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53 and 54, as shown on the flap of Roosevelt Oaks. On the northerly side of Davis street and 15 feet from the center line of the roadway thereof and in front of Lot 7 and the northwesterly 3,4 of Lot 8, as shown on the Map of Roosevelt Oaks. That artificial stone sidewalks be constructed on Davis street at the fol- lowing places, to -wit: On the southerly side of Davis street and In front of Lots 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53 and'54 as shown on the illap of Roosevelt Oaks. On the northerly side of Davis street and in front of Lot 7 and the north. westerly 'h of Lot 8, as shown on Map of Roosevelt Oaks. Such sidewalks to be 5 feet in width and to commence 2 feet from the property line and ex- tend said width of 5 feet towards the curb.
