<br />r RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the official grades
<br />sof the following named streets and avenues in the Town of Redwood City at the points and
<br />places hereinafter mentioned,be, and the same are hereby fixed and established as follows;
<br />E Center line of Finger avenue at southerly end thereof at northerly line of Lot 31 of
<br />Finger Park'Tract at�32.85 feet _a6ave«base.
<br />Center line ofFinger avenue at northerly line of It 7 -Block 5 Wellesley Park Subdivision
<br />A produced at 31.60 feet above base. ^
<br />Center line of Finger avenue at southerly line of Oakdale street produced at 30.70 feet

<br />where said grades are herein fixed and established shall be a straight line drawn between

<br />The grade at the top of the, curbs on.both sidds of said Finger avenue at all points
<br />shall be even with the grades in the center -of -the avenue, The grades of the gutters on
<br />both sides of the avenue shall at all points be six inches.below the grades at the top of
<br />the curbs.
<br />RESOLVED that the mean high water of the Sar_'Francisco Bay is hereby adopted and establiE&
<br />ed as the base from which and above which the grades hereinbefore mentioned are computed anel
<br />established.
<br />RESOLVED, that the top of that certain granite monument marked"G.B:'.placed in that certain
<br />triangular piece of land in the Town of Redwood City,the property of said Town, and bounded "
<br />by Main Street,formerly Mound street,Beech street and the right of way of the Southern
<br />Pacific Railroad Company,which monument is located in said piece of land at a point 5.5 feet
<br />easterly from a point in the easterly line of Main street,formorly Mound street,which last
<br />mentioned point is 50.6 feet northerly in said easterly line of Main street,formerly Mound
<br />street, from the northerly line of Beech street,is hereby establithed and declared to be
<br />I2.6 feet above mean high water of the San Francisco Bay.
<br />RESOLVTD that the width of the roadway of Finger avenue be - and the same is hereby fixed
<br />at thirt�-_(30) feet to be fifteen feet on each side of the center line thereof,excepting
<br />however that portion of Finger avenue lying on the westerly side of the circular park
<br />situated at the termination of Hyde street and Finger avenue,same to be seventeen and one
<br />half feet wide,and also excepting that portion of Finger avenue lying on the easterly side
<br />of the circular park situated at,ithe termination of Hyde street and Finger avenue,same to
<br />be twenty feet wide, and excepting also Finger avenue at the termination of Oakdale street
<br />where the westerly line of the roadway of said Finger avenue beginning at a point on the
<br />southerly line of Lot 23 Finger Park Tract produced easterly IO feet from the westerly line
<br />of linger avenue and running thence southerly on the are of a curve to the right, with a
<br />radius of 28.53 feet for a fistance of 30.47 feet, and thence on the are of a curve to the
<br />le it with a radius of 28.53 feet for a distance of 30.47,in other words there is hereby
<br />fixed and established for sidewalks. and curbs on said Finger avenue a strip on the easterly
<br />side thereof ten feet in width immediately adjacent to the easterly line thereof and extend-
<br />ing from the southerly line of E1 Camino Real to the southerly end of said Finger avenue,
<br />and also a strip ten feet in width and immediately adjacent tb the westerly line of Finger,
<br />avenue and extending from the southerly line of El Camino Real to the southerly line of lot
<br />23 Finger Park Tract produced easterly, thence on the are of a curve to the right with a
<br />radius of 28.53 feet for a distance of 30.47 gleet, then

<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting
