} a AND WHEREAS this is the time fixed in said Resolution,of Intention Ho.E-2 when any person or persons interested in said work and improvements could appear before the Board of Trustees df said Town of Redwood City and show cause why said work and improvemehts should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No.E-2; and YMEMS certain written objections and protests have been made against said work and improvements by the owners of certain property in the district to be assessed as said district is described in said Resolution of Intention No.E-2.which written ,objections and protests are on file in the office of the Clark of said Town of Redwood City; and WHEREAS the said Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City proceeded to and did fully hear and condider said written protests and objections and said written objections and protests Lzaving been fully heard and considered by said Board of Trustees; It is therefore Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City and said • i Board of Trustees does hereby determine and declare that said written objections and protests were not. made by the owners of one half of the area of the property to be assess- ed for said work and improvements'he'reinbefore described; and Be it further Resolved by said Board of Trustees that said written objections and protests hereinbefore filed against the work and improvements described in Resolution of Intention No -E-2- and herein dese-ribed,be•and the same are hereby overruled. RESOLUTION ORDERING THE'WORK HO.E-2 RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City ,did,on the 6th.day of September,192I,pass its Resolution of Intention No.E-2 to order the herein- after described work to be, done and improvements to be made in said Town:which Resolution of Intention No.E-2 was duly and legally published as required by law,as appears from the affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.E-2 headed°Notice of IMPROV21ENT" were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvements and in front of all property liable to be assessed therefor, and upon each and every street in the assessment district described in said Resolution of Intention No. E-2,in time, form ,manner and number as required by law,after the passage of said RESOLUTION U O 301 C
