01) of Intention No.E-2 as,appears from the affidavit of Edward Dearborn,Street Superintendent I,
<br />of said Town of Redwood City,now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood
<br />City; and
<br />WHEREAS,at the time fixed in -said Resolution of Intention No.E-2 and the notice -of the
<br />passage thereof,so posted as aforesaid,when and where protests against said work and improve
<br />ments could be made to the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City certain owners
<br />of property in the district to be assessed made written objections to the proposed work and
<br />improvements; and whereas'said Board of Trustees did,fully and fairly hear and consider said
<br />written objections and protests and did by Resolution determine and declare that said written
<br />objections and protests were not made by the owners of one half of the area of the property
<br />to be assessed for said work and improvements; and whereas after having fully considered
<br />said written object -ions and protests said Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City,did
<br />by Resolution overrule said objections and protests so filed as aforesaid, and said Board of
<br />Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to order said work and improvements;
<br />It is hereby Resolved, that that the public interest and convenience require the work
<br />and improvements herein described to be done and made and the Board of Trustees of the Town
<br />of Reedwood City hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made in
<br />said Town of Redwood City,to-wit;
