<br />That Finger Avenue hu the Town of
<br />Redwood City from the southerly line
<br />of El Camino Real to the southerly end
<br />of said Finger avenue, and for the full
<br />width of the roadway thereof, be Im-
<br />proved by being graded and having
<br />constructed thereon a macadam pave-
<br />ment with an asphaltic oil wearing
<br />surface, Including the termination of
<br />Oakdale street and also Including the
<br />termination of Hyde street around the
<br />circular park situated at the termina-
<br />1 thin of Finger avenue and Hyde street.
<br />That Finger avenue In the Town of
<br />Redwood City be Improved by having
<br />constructed thereon artificial stone
<br />curbs at the places hereinafter men-
<br />tioned to -wit:
<br />Finger avenue on the westerly side
<br />the4eof and ten feet easterly from
<br />and parallel to said westerly line of
<br />Finger avenue from the southerly line
<br />of EI Camino Real to the southerly line
<br />of Lot '23 as shown on the map of the
<br />Finger Park Tract extended easterly,
<br />thence on the are of a curve to the
<br />right with a radius of 28.53 feet for as
<br />distance of 30.47 feet, and thence on
<br />the are of a curve to the left with a,�
<br />radius of 28.53 feet for a distance of
<br />30.47 feet, and thence southerly and l
<br />ten feet easterly from and parallel to
<br />the westerly line of Finger avenue to
<br />the southerly end of said Finger av-
<br />enue.

<br />side thereof and ten feet westerly from
<br />and Parallel to said easterly line of

<br />glazed the pipe sewer be constructed
<br />along the center line of Fluger avenue
<br />from the manhole now existing'on the'

<br />ly to meet the center line of Fhugr av-

<br />and to a manhole to be constructed at
<br />'aforesaid Intersection or center line of

<br />Oakdale street extended.

<br />Finger avenue from the manhole to be
<br />constructed in the center line of Finger
<br />avenue at it point 275 feet northerly
<br />,from the southerly end of said Finger
<br />Iavenue and extended northeasterly to
<br />,the manhole to be constructed at the
<br />center line of Finger avenue extended
<br />southerly to intersect at alright angle
<br />with the northerly line of Oakdale
