<br />thereon and therein fifty-three (53)
<br />cast Iron single lamp etectroliers,.at the
<br />places Indicated on the plans hereinaf.

<br />sockets, lamps, cut-out openings, cut-
<br />outs and copper wirp,5, said electrollers
<br />to be affixed with wrought iron bolts to
<br />hydraulic cement concrete bases hav-
<br />Ipg galvanized Iron conduit ells; and
<br />also by laying therein underground gal-
<br />vanized iron conduit and five cast Iron
<br />Junction boxes and Insulated copper
<br />wires in two (2) eircults, all as shown on
<br />said plans, and to connect said electro-
<br />liers and lamps and run to transformers
<br />now in place In the basement of the
<br />Town Hall on Webster street in said
<br />Town of Redwood City; and also that
<br />one (1) concrete manhole with cast iron
<br />frame and cover be constructed on W ab.
<br />ster street, to be provided with conduit
<br />openings and Insulated copper wires,
<br />and to be constructed and located as
<br />shown on the plans and specifications
<br />hereinafter mentioned. There is in.
<br />cluded In the work and Improvements to
<br />be done hereunder, all intersections and
<br />terminations occuring on said Broad-
<br />way, Winslow street, Main street and
<br />Webster street within the lines herein-
<br />before described
<br />All said work and Improvements shall
<br />be done in accordance with the special
<br />pians and specifications therefor here-
<br />tofore adopted by the Board of Trustees
<br />of said Town of Redwood City on the
<br />•7th dayof November, 1921, for doing said
<br />work and making said Improvements,
<br />which plans and specifications are now
<br />on file in the office of the Clerk of said
<br />Town of Redwood City, to which plane
<br />and specifications reference is hereby
<br />made for a further description and lo-
<br />cation of said workand improvements
<br />and the same are made a part hereof.
<br />And said Board of Trustees does here-
<br />by determine and declare that said
<br />proposed work and Improvements are
<br />of more than local or ordinary public
<br />benefit and will effect and benefit the
<br />lands and district hereinafter described,
<br />which said district is hereby declared
<br />to be the district benefited by said work
<br />and Improvements and to have the ex-
<br />torlor boundaries hereinafter described
<br />as the boundaries thereof; that there-
<br />fore the entire cost and expenses of
<br />said work and Improvements shall be
<br />and are hereby made chargeable against
<br />and shall be assessed upon the said
<br />lands and district, which district is
<br />within the limits of the Town of Red-
<br />wood City, County of San 1llatoo, State
<br />of California and the exterior boundar-
<br />ies thereof are particularly described
<br />as follows, to -wit:
<br />Commencing at the point of Intersec-
<br />tion of the northerly line of Broadway
<br />with the easterly line of EI Camino
<br />Real, thence northerly along the easter-
<br />ly line of El Camino Real to its Inter.
<br />section with the westerly lino of Villa
<br />Lot 14 es shown on the Map of the
<br />Town of Mezesville (now called Red-
<br />wood City), thence northeasterly and
<br />along the said westerly line of said
<br />Villa Lot 11 and continuing in a
<br />straight line northeasterly to the south.
<br />westerly line of Arguello Street, thence
<br />easterly and along the southwesterly
<br />line of Arguello Street to Its Intersec.
<br />tion with the easterly line of Marshall
<br />Street produced southwesterly in a
<br />straight line across Arguello Street,
<br />thence northeasterly and along the said
<br />easterly line of Marshall Street produc-
<br />ed and continuing along the easterly
<br />line of Marshall Street to Its Intersec-
<br />tion with the northeasterly line of Lot
<br />4 Block 5 Range B as shown on last
<br />mentioned map, thence southeasterly
