<br />the Sequoia Union High School Trustees for a tri -angular piece of propek y at the N.E.
<br />.Cor. of State Highway and Broadway be accepted, and the City Attorney be Anetructed to
<br />have same recorded.
<br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee MoNulty, the City Attorney be instructed
<br />to prepare an Ordinance for the renaming of East Jefferson Avenue, E.Brewster Avenue and
<br />East Hopkins Avenue. Motion Carried.
<br />The City Engineer having checked up the.several bids on Cast Iron Water Pipe and

<br />fittings was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seeonded by Trustee Breiss, the contract for
<br />Cast Iron Pipe and fittings in the amount,of'$II9248.37 be awarded to
<br />WM.P.HORN & COMPANY
<br />pipe and fittings to be paid.for tdn_(IO) days after delivery,Motion Carried.
