<br />Upon roll call there were present; -Trustees Hresident Carl K.Mabie-k.E.Ryan-Geo.W.
<br />Mc Nulty-J.C.Jones-Geo.A.Kreise-City Clerk Vol.A.Price.
<br />Application of the Pacific Gas & Electric Company for permission to lay new gas mains
<br />on Marshall,Winslow,Fuller and Hamilton Streets as per BLUE PRINT # 219,was on motion.
<br />of Trustee Ryan,seconded-by Trustee Mc.Nulty,same be granted,M'otion Carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Mc.Nulty,seconded by Trustee Jones,the column"for weed tax be
<br />placed on the Assessment.Roll,Motion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Kreiss,the liquor license of.Mrs.Julie
<br />Bernasque be transfered to G.Tognolia and J.Garofoli,.Motion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Jones,the liquor license of G.C.Plump 50I

<br />Moved by Trustee Ryan peconded by Trustee Jones,ib is the sense of this Board,that
<br />the water bill of the Sequoia Hotel be paid in .fall,Motion Carried. I
<br />On motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Me.Nulty,aotion on the water bill of
<br />Mrs.Mansfield be laid over until meeting of March 3rd.1919, and the Supt.of,Water be
<br />instructed to investigate the cause ,and report at next meeting,Motion Carried.
<br />Trustee Mc.Nulty presents the following Resolution and moves its adoption,Trustee Jones
<br />seconds the motion,
<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO.0-2.
<br />RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,did on the
<br />3rd.day of February,1919,pass its Resolution of Intention No.0.2,to order the herein-
<br />after described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town,which Resolution
<br />of Intention NO.0-2-was duly and legally published as required by law,as,appears from
<br />O
<br />the affidavit of D.E.O'Keefe now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town;and
<br />WHEREAS,notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.0-2.-headed°NOTICE
<br />of IMPROVEMENTS" were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated. work
<br />and improvements and in front of all property liable to be assessed.therefor,in form and
<br />4ianner as required by law as appears from the adfidavit of Edward Dearbotin,Superintendent
